I'll see when I get mine. If it turns out to be a piece of crap I'll open up a dispute via paypal and get my money back.

But since we did not buy these won't paypal say tough luck. Technically we only paid to ship these to us.

I purchased more than one protector. Plus even though its free why should I pay for something that doesn't match its description. Also I would email them first before opening a dispute.

I received mine today.
I looked at the YouTube instructions, looked easy.
Here is my problem/question...
It looks like there are sections, you can see lines outlining where the speaker hole is..etc.
If it is in sections, I can't seperate them.
You will understand when looking at yours.
Waiting to hear your experiences.

Mine too doesn't seem to be cut in order to separate the pieces to apply....
You almost have to carefully take an exacto knife to cut them out.

Not happy......:icon_evil:

I just realized that you must unpeel the perimeter around the skin instead of unpeeling the actual skin you intend to use. It is very tricky but it does work.
I applied my first piece on the back and doesn't look too bad so far.

I just want to use the front anyway.. I have gel cover, which provides more protection.

guess since they were free they probably had issues with the mass orders. mine was prefect when i got mine a few weeks back. every section fits and im happy with it, paid 12 for mine and thought that was a great deal.

you guys would dispute something for 3 bucks really?

I would not, just stating that we technically only paid for shipping. I am not even going to bother putting this on the Droid X. I already Invisible Shield the screen. I will give it to a buddy and let him deal with it. From what I am hearing on this thread, I will not even bother applying this. Not worth the time.

Just received mine the other day. Simple Envelope packaging but the back piece of the protector seems be cut poorly. The front seems better.

UPDATE:

Just installed it on a buddy's Droid X and wow is this a POC or what? He is gonna take it off tomorrow when he visits a trip to the mall to get a ZAGG installed. I wasn't expecting much for a "free" guard but come one. The ones on eBay for five for three are better it seems.

At least I tried it myself and now I know to stay away from that company.

thanks for the heads up on the quality - at least now we know. I'm out $4 bucks - I can live with that.
