Freak'n battery strap broke!

Hi,

I pulled the battery strap to get my battery out tonight and the freak'n, pull strap broke! What to do now? Has this happened to anyone else?

I have a spare battery and I periodically have to change batteries. I just tried getting my battery out without the strap with a really small flat head screw driver and out was more difficult than I thought it would be. It is definitely not something I want to do every time I need to pull the battery out.

Any ideas/hacks to remedy the situation? I would hate to have to get a replacement phone just because of this!

Put a piece of tape around your batteries and leave a little tab.

I used duct tape to get it out when that happened to me. Just don't use a screwdriver...
