Formatted Sdcard in recover

Hey guys,
Been flashing over a year now. In recovery i accidently formatted my sdcard like a noob...sigh......Im stuck in recovery. Any idea what to do.....

I do feel like a noob and deserved to be called. lol.....isnt there away to do it through recovery. I remember someone else on DF messed up and they gave him instructions of what to do

ok i was able to put a rom in the memory card. I installed it and it said complete. but I am stuck at moto logo...wtf
