force mobile facebook

how do u stop facebook from loading facebook mobile? or for that matter any webpage that has a mobile site. whenever i bookmark the full site and click on profile or home it takes me to the mobile site and i hate this

In the browser enter

"About:degug"

No quotes. It will add options to the settings. One of them is user agent which you can change to desktop.

Unfortunately the setting doesn't stick and you need to apply it every time you open a new session....
Unless there is a way to make it stick....

Well dolphin browser hd (my browser of choice) has a user agent option that sticks for good.

install & setup facebook touch from the market. then try it again.

i use the facebook sense widget from launcher-pro-plus. after i installed the FB Touch app the phone now redirects to touch.facebook.com in my broswer instead of the facebook mobile site.

using dolphin browser i found the user agent option in settings and changed it from android to desktop. works great! no more mobile sites!dancedroid
