Force close after unroot help needed

I'm getting constant force closing and slow as can be with all options on my dx2 after unrooting using Pete's tool I did factory reset

factory reset doesn't do much, delete user data, and change settings to default
doesn't restore system files

sounds like it's time to SBF, if you were rooted you could try fix permissions

Thanks for the reply would I sbf to gb. I should find that in the forums right. I've dine it with my Droid x when it froze completely but that was a while ago

Thank you for helping. I did the sbf n getting some reboots hope it goes away. I have an upgrade in may can't wait
