As someone with multiple degrees in physics engineering (including a lot of radiation coursework), I am completely unconcerned about the RF energy any cell phone puts out.

If I were going to worry about radiation in everyday objects, I'd be much more concerned about Potassium-40 in bananas. But I'm not.

I, for one, keep my Droid in my pocket and have noticed some burning, itching, and even shriveling. But, up to this point, I assumed it was from the chunk of Uranium I keep in my other pocket.
