Flashing icons ect

If I flash a battery icon from droid pirates using metamorph, then decide I do not want it anymore and wanna go back, how can I do this? I hope I don't have to make a complete backup with d2 bootstrapper each time!

Also can I flash say, a 3g icon and then flash a different one over it? Or shat is correct way of doing this.
