Inquiring as to anyone who has flashed the HP Touchpad and installed Honeycomb? If you have done this successfully, how long ago and is it still stable? Thanks in advance.

You don't install Honeycomb. The only thing you can do is dual boot Gingerbread. It is the 3rd (not counting 0.1's) version of Alpha @ Alpha 3. It is mostly stable and very usable.
