Using Rom manager and easy root. How can I get the stock bootloader back if o ever have to send the phone back to Verizon?

Only have root, ill get official update right? Haven't changed the stock 2.1, just root and clockwork.

    Thanks

I'm assuming you would get it back if/when you unroot.

Just unrooted. that didn't effect the bootloader, still has clockwork. Any ideas?

Basically, I want to get the exclamation point when I hold x and power instead of clovkwork.

You have to flash back to 2.0.1 with RSD lite, then OTA to 2.1 to get stock recovery back.

SBF to root and to unroot box option 5

If i just leave it the way it is, will i receive the OTA. Thats the only reason i want to go back to the exclamation?

Or will I receive the OTA because all i did was root the stock 2.1 and flash clockwork?

It should notify you within 30 min (depending on conection) after booting up 2.0.1 that an update is available. That should be 2.1.

If you stay the way you are you might not, I assume you mean the 2.2 OTA which is not out yet, I believe.

but if i don't want to go back to 2.01, will my rooted 2.1 with clockwork notify me when 2.2 is ready? Or does the clockwork recovery negate getting the OTA?

If i still receive the ota with my current setup, I don't want to get rid of clockwork.

I've heard i might still get the OTA, just will lose root and clockwork, that is okay by me to.

Thanks for trying to help, just want the OTA. I hope i don't have to start at 2.01
