I've been having these issues for the past few days. First, wait until the install bar is full and look in your /cache directory to see if it's there. If it is, manually click and install. If not, uninstall Flash and try again.

This is becoming very aggravating and I don't think it's ROM specific as I'm not using what you are but getting the same issue. If you ever get stuck...always try clicking the app in the market first to see if that helps. If not, check /cache...and if that doesn't help uninstall and try again. It sucks I know.

This happens to some apps when they are on system partition. In terminal do this.

    Su
    Cd /system/app
    Rm flash.apk
    Reboot

    Then install from market.

Yakitori is dead on too. If you have flash on /system/apps then it wont update. There might be an issue with updating apps on sdcard now as well for some reason. The market has gone wack recently and I'm still diagnosing it.

Also..just in case you weren't aware terminal is located in the dev tools app. No need to download from market
