This is what we have long been waiting for. It's not on the stock browser, but skyfire was released and it brings flash support to android.

I was watching the office and some other shows on nbc.com, and it wasn't bad, Better than nothing.

You can already watch those by using m.nbc.com FYI, believe ABC works to but I do not watch any shows on that network.

you cant control the the spot on the video though. like you cant choose where to start it

Yes, I too found this to be true. I hope it is addressed in future releases. With that exception, I find Skyfire to be a great browser.
