flash back 902

Tried the rsd lite flash back to 902 for bionic.... at the end of the flashing it said failed cuz my phone didn't go into fastboot mode....what's that mean

When using rsd lite you have to put your phone in recovery.
Shut phone off
Hold volume keys and push power
Select ap fastboot option.(down volume key is to move, and up volume key is the select)
From here flash using rsd lite.

You have to go into fastboot...not recovery...power off them hold volume down only and press power...you can do this while connected after RSD has already recognized the phone
