Hello,
My wife now finds that now her camera app sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. When it doesn't, the screen turns black and in place of the stack of previous pictures she sees a blue dot.
It may not be irrelevant that she has dropped her phone hard enough to send a spiderweb across the screen.
What, if anything, can we do about this?
