Not sure if this is already posted, tried to look for it, but didn't see anything within a reasonable amount of looking at threads.
It's got to do with the factory setting on the phone "smart profile". The link below is a fix for this.
It worked for me, it took 7 phone calls and a few turning off the phone, but finally got it and didn't have to factory reset my phone!
It works though, so just keep trying!
