I picked up a spare battery and charger. The charger is for 12/24 vlts and holds the battery its self, not through the phone. It puts out 4.25 vdc @ 300ma. The battery is 3.7v @ 1000mah. Is it ok to charge the battery the first time in this charger? For how long? Both were purchased from cell phone shop.net
