This is significantly different than the Kevlar-wrapped version(s). I suspect that the black textured portion is nothing more than a label (double-sided sticky on the back), that's laid into a cutout area on the back of that phone, and that the back and sides are Aluminum. The Kevlar wrapped ones are also likely Aluminum underneath, but the Kevlar keeps the sides and back scratch-free.
