Here you guys go pretty easy directions (assuming you have SirPsychoS recovery.img flashed already, and busybox) :

-Download this: RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting

-take the system.tar and nandroid.md5 files from the zip at the link above and put them into the TOOLS folder (or where you run adb shell from) and then the commands to use are:
    cd /sdcard/

    mkdir -p /sdcard/nandroid/console=ttyS2,115200n8/miledroid-rom

    adb push system.tar /sdcard/nandroid/console=ttyS2,115200n8/miledroid-rom/

    adb push nandroid.md5 /sdcard/nandroid/console=ttyS2,115200n8/miledroid-rom/

-then still using the shell (this step depends on where you have busybox installed):

    busybox touch /sdcard/nandroid/*/miledroid-rom/*

    or

    /data/local/busybox touch /sdcard/nandroid/*/miledroid-rom/*

-Next reboot your phone while holding down x and then reconnect to the phone through ADB SHELL command once more and make a backup if you haven't already by issuing the command:
    nandroid-mobile.sh --backup --norecovery

-After that issue the following commands:
    format DATA:

    nandroid-mobile.sh --restore --subname miledroid-rom

-After issuing the last command you will be prompted to enter something...just hit enter without entering anything and nandroid will do its thing and restore the modified rom, reboot the phone when its complete. The reboot takes a little longer than normal, or so it seemed to sit tight and you'll have it done.

I would've guessed Eugenes, but if that were the case then I'm sure the announcement would've been made over there first. That thread is still locked pending the release.

It says the GPS doesn't work.

Dealbreaker for me. Oh well, I'll wait a while.

Yeah, that is what stopped me, too. I use GPS every single day, so I can't be without it.
