Jamx1138- Do you have Froyo running on your phone yet using ziggy484's directions? If not, maybe you should just wait for the Verizon OTA push then. Is it worth it to screw up your phone with mis-placed steps? If your a cautious guy/gal, I would say no. The Fascinate is a perfectly good phone with 2.1...just not great. If your a risk taker with anything computer oriented, and can accept something going wrong and accept the challenge of fixing it yourself, keep plugging away. Read the EB01 strings at AndroidCentral or at XDA Developers. Try to learn something along the way. To be informed is powerful.

Turion is right, better to leave well enough alone until you can read up some more... having a bricked phone sucks.

I like it. The only thing was I didnt back up my data, so I lost my password.keeper data, music downloads, video and pics stayed, contacts stayed, but I like it. I just want to get started with Roms now. Where do I go and what not?
