Fetching Attachments Email Problem

There have been similar problems posted. My wife has sent me a few videos via email of our toddler taken with her eris. When I attempt to preview the video is says "fetching attachments," I've tried doing a battery pull, but it didn't work. Any suggestions.

Instead of using gmail try using your email application. That should bring up some prompts.

Thanx for the response. What do you mean email app? I've been acessing my email via the gmail icon....

I downloaded a program called crutch lite. Not in the market but suppose to be able to open evrything.

Thanx for your reponse. I couldn't download the file, so I used Astro File Manager to download it. What do I do next? I still can't open the video in the email?
