Favorite App for Insulin Dependent Diabetics ??

I'm looking for a good, reliable app that is a Carb-Insulin Calculator for my husband to use on the go. He specifically wants one that helps him estimate food/meal carbs and the appropriate unit dose according to the Dr's instructed scale. I see numerous Diabetes and Glucose apps, but they all have mixed reviews, so I thought I would ask you folks for in-put.
