Fast boot?

    Does anyone know what if anything fast boot does under settings > power > fast boot ? Cause it doesnt seem to make phone boot up any faster!

    Puts the phone in a hibernate-like state and will only work from a complete shutdown. Selecting restart on the power menu doesn't use fast boot. Sort of counter-intuitive.
