Considering its now a felony to do that in the US. I wouldnt bet on finding one.

Google Voice is the only way I know of.

Its technically illegal to use a different phone number than your own (spoofing) with the intent to deceive or defraud someone. I posted a thread on this a while back. Not sure how strictly its enforced though
