After doing my first factory reset ever on my droid it comes back on and i dial the *228 opt 1 of course. Says its all successful and everything but i have NO 3g, no service, no texts, no calls. Only thing i can do is surf the internet and receive and send emails.
After settling that my phone is useless i went to a regular Verizon store to see if they could help me in any way. After telling the rep everything i had done and what it cant do. He does whatever it is he thinks he should.
After waiting he finally tells me "I don't know what to do with this."
And i returned saying then what do i do.
Followed by im not to sure ive not seen this problem before.
I understand he may not have but this is a serious issue that I'm hearing more and more.
What should i DO!!?? Any advice or information is much appreciated.
