Facebook sound notifications

my droid Maxx give me sound notifications when I receive messages, emails, wattsap all ok but, does not work with facebook, is this normal?
in my facebook the notifications are activate but i do not receive its.
who can helpme?

Have you tried to uninstall the app and start over? You may also want to go to your Application list in phone settings and clear the data under the Facebook app. I would try that first.

Facebook pop notification is very short and quiet. If your volume is low, you will miss it in the ambient sound.

I Uninstall the facebook and reinstal its, and change pop notification but it continue without sound notification

YES all the notifications are turned on, but still dont give me any notifications.
