Facebook and pics

How do I link my Facebook to my contacts??? I have had my phone for a little over a week and can't figure it out. Also in order to get all my pics I put them in the version cloud and restored them on the turbo. They are all outta order and can't figure out how to make new folders to organize them. Are these just things the turbo can't do? These are the only two issues I have with this phone everything else is great. Just these simple things are annoying. Any help is appreciated thank you!

Someone posted that Facebook put the sink contacts option in there messenger app. Probably to try and force people to download the new messenger app that know one likes the permissions being asked for.

The only other option I have found is Sync.me it will sync your Facebook friends with your contacts.
