extract contact list.vcf from a clockworkmod backup of droidx

Is it possible to boot a backup of the clockworkmod backup in the sdk emulator?

I had to flash 2.2 OTA back to upgrade to 2.2.340 lost alot of phone numbers that didn't back up not too happy. Is there a specific file that is the contacts file in the backup image?
