external speaker on eris sounds blown with no reason, any help?

My speaker on the back sounds blown, I don't know how it happen it just happen out of no where, any suggestions? And I just got the phone a month ago

Mine did the the same thing. I took mine back to Verizon and they had a new one shipped to my house free of charge

Ok thanks, did they tell u why it happen? Weather it was from damage or just a fluke. Thanks for the info.
