So since I put my new extended battery in my phone every time it gets a little shake it turns off is there any way to fix it?

Sounds like it's not full seated in the battery compartment.

sounds like your contacts are a bit off.

If it's a generic battery you may have this problem. I don't have an extended battery but I bought an HTC OEM replacement and I haven't had a problem with it.

I've been using that battery for a year. No problems.

try cleaning the contacts on the battery?

or maybe it wiggles a little too much in the phone, fold a piece of paper (i'd use index card) so it can put some pressure onto the battery when you close the case.

I had the same problem with the same brand and just stopped using it. Thankfully I'm home now most days and just plug my phone in a lot...
