Ever since ICS I haven't been able to uninstall Facebook?

Yes, facebook and google + are stock apps now replacing moto social app. So just disable it if you hate it, so it won't use your resources.

I don't think anyone likes it. It's extremely slow. Once FB goes down with Myspace I hope they take it off.

Go to your app drawer, drag an app up to more options, select app info. Then downloaded apps will have uninstall option at the top right. Stock apps will have either "uninstall updates" or "disable" in the same place. If its the former, then uninstall the updates first, then disable.
