if currently have a 4g device and do a *228 from a 3g device to switch the verizon recored message tells you that after 90 days the sim will become inactive, but catch is you must use that sim with same phone it's not like GSM where you can switch phones by just moving the sim.. maybe they will get there one day.

You can move your sim to other 4g phones? At one point, I owned 4 Thunderbolts. I put my sim in all 4. Each one connected to 4g and successfully made a test call. I don't know about deactivating the sim, then trying to reactivate it on a different 4g device. That could be a problem.
