So I'm pretty new not only to the droid world but really to having a decent cell phone to begin with! But I'm looking to flash my Verizon phone (HTC Droid Eris) to MetroPCS, but I cannot understand at all how to do it; and I want to do it so that I'm still able to have picture messaging, use my gps, internet (although I've heard it's still pretty slow), etc, etc. If anyone knows how to do it, or where I can go to have someone do that for me I would appreciate it!
I called Metro and they told me that they would flash it for me but it would no longer be a fully functional phone, and that was kind of a dealbreaker to me until I did a little more research and found out that isn't always the case.
Anyway, any advice would be great!
