Someone told me my inbox on the Droid will only hold the most recent 200 emails. Is that true?
You mean you get over 200 unopen emails in a day? Or do you open the email and go back to it?
Are you using gmail or another service? What's your set up exactly if you're using another email?
I have never had that many emails in my in box, but if you tap on it you should be able to archive emails, then go to settings, go to labels, and you'll find everything in your all mail. If you are using gmail.
You edited your post while I was answering. Gmail will hold thousands of mail.
I want to have more than 200 of my emails on my device so when I need to dig up an old email when I am away from my computer i can. Right now it is deleting the 201st email by age out of my inbox so I am only keeping a few days worth of emails on the device. This doesnt seem logical to me so I am thinking that I have something messed up but I dont know. I set up my two emails, 1 of which is for my company and is through GoDaddy and the other is an Earthlink address. I have been trying to find a way to sync and the whole Google sync stuff is confusing and over compliacted.
