Email and You Tube error

I am receiving a constant error message for both email and YouTube. Can anyone explain how to correct this issue?

Welcome to the forums weckgal! Have you tried restarting your phone to see if that fixes the problem. If it does not, give us a little bit more information and we should be able to help. Did you just start experiencing this? Is there anything you have recently changed, added, or done with your phone or apps? What kind of phone do you have?

Welcome aboard have you tried going into manage apps and clearing data and force closing your email and YouTube apps, then press n hold volume down and power, hold them until the phone shuts off..

Also, remember the press and hold power and volume down, it might take a screen shot, but just keep holding it down

Should your phone freeze, this is how to remedy that
