Eligible for upgrade, online says different...

It says, clearly, that I am eligible for an upgrade (with 2yr renewal). However, online it says I am only eligible for a discount? So what is really going on here?

I had something like that happen once. Turned out the online information that's available when you log in is the correct one. But like he says…….

You're eligible for an upgrade. You're just not eligible for a free upgrade.

Same thing. You can upgrade whenever you want (at full price). However, upgrade and discount are synonymous in this context.

In your own screenshot you have an upgrade button in the background to click on directly under where it tells you you're eligible for a discount.
