Elementary question

Sorry for the elementary question, I am overlooking it in the forum most likely.

I've been operating my Droid with 3G only. A couple of times of late I've gone to Wifi when out and about and not finding the best 3G signal.

And in those cases I'm well served by whoever's Wifi I reach, Starbuck's, McDonalds, etc ..

Question is, when both 3G and Wifi are available, and browsing the web, which is used ?

It will prefer WiFi over 3G whenever WiFi is available.
