Im trying to editing some of the ic_menu_x.png pictures just to add some color and give it some life. When I load it into photoshop and try to select a basic green or blue color for some reason it won't let me select the color. It like defaults back to the original color, I can only select like black, tan, or olive green color. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Is it an indexed PNG? If so, try converting it to RGB.

Yes they are indexed. Gotta change the image mode to RGB, stragabenz

I'm doing this from memory, but iirc it's Image > mode > rgb.
