Some themers will edit the xml of an app's widget to fit the theme better, how does one do so? I've edited the eris.xml file from the framework to change the verizon wireless, but Im not sure what to change for a widgets xml to resize it and what to change it to. I would like to be able to do this on my own.

Thanks! I didnt releaze apk manager could do that. I only used it before to resign an apk that I changed images for, didnt think to try the decompile to see if I could edit the xmls that way. :)

put the apk you want to decompile in the place-apk-here-for-modding folder. It will create a project folder, during decompiling. You edit the crap in the project folder, and when you finally get done -- the final product will be in the place-apk-here-for-modding folder.
