Edge not working

Out of the blue, I can't access Edge if other apps are open. Changing settings hasn't helped.

since the easy general fix did not help need a bit more info for clarification. is it the features that don't work or the lights?

I'm sorry that I'm just now replying. I didn't receive a notification from Tapatalk.

Nothing was working if downloaded apps were open. I made the edge larger and brighter, and all is working fine, now! Thanks for replying.
