i have deleted this post because it is now out dated. Installs of roms and themes are so easy now that nandroids like the one i had posted here are no longer needed.

Just installed this, and it's stuck at the Motorola logo on boot for the past 15 minutes. Sadface.

I've seen everyone crapping their pants over BB .4, so I'd suggest starting here.

I haven't crapped my pants yet..BUT I loaded BB .4 to verify my Theme compatibility and I will say it is very stable..so much so I forgot it is still loaded. :)

If you dont want to use it then thats fine. But, the bashing is a little unnecessary. The fact is that its a from source build and not just a cover up. everyone has their own opinion and mine is that I am not a big fan of roms that are built over the original os. I like this rom better than bugless beast but, thats just my opinion and I wont hold yours against you. Besides that title is to get peoples attention. Truth be told I will probably in the next couple of days do one of these for Bugless beast .4

Now I've done it, here it is, see what you made me do???www.droidforums.net/forum/bugless/5...-here-so-easy-monkey-could-do.html#post611353

Hmm I like the notification bar icons, but I'm not a big fan of the skin color.

The file must be loaded into sdcard/clockworkmod/backup. Be sure to do 2 data wipes. Then from recovery go to Nandroid/Restore/downloaded file.
If you do exactly that and you still get stuck on the motorola logo you can try pulling the battery then reboot into recovery and install a different kernel before reboot. Just be sure that you already have the kernel you want on the sd card before installing the Nandroid.

the only one I know for sure is the one I preinstalled on it but, if you would like to find others you can ask pete or scope out Droid Themes - Droid Forum - Verizon Droid & the Motorola Droid Forum

He didn't give a reason for his opinion. "I like it better" is not a good answer.

Not trying to invalidate his opinion just looking for the best froyo rom to try out for myself and don't have time to download them all and play with them.
