Hello all,
I stumbled upon this forum when I was trying to decide whether to go for a Droid or stick with a... well, er, plain phone.
I found that newegg was having a great deal on upgrades (right now I think you can upgrade for either 29 bucks or 19 bucks...) and when I found that Droid is most likely based on UNIX ... that sealed the deal for me!
So I was able to get my Google Voice invite and re-doing my iGoogle page and ready to Droid come Tuesday.
So since I don't even have the phone, I'm all set thanks to y'all. Thanks for the useful information so far and hopefully, I'll be able to return the favor at some point!
