Every time i try and flash a new rom through recovery i get this error. Anyone know any solutions?

    E: Can't mount/dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /devblock/mmcblk0)
    (no such file or directory)
    E: can't mount SDCARD.update.zip.

This is an SDCard issue. Try re seating the SDCard.
