DX2 lockup after charging since Gingerbread update

I got the Gingerbread update the end of last week and for the most part everything is great. Phone is much more responsive overall and the Motoblur updates seem good as well. I am having one new problem though. Three times now I've unplugged my phone from the charger in the morning and it has been locked up. The green notification light is flashing so it's not totally dead. No combination of keys will wake it up though. Have to pull the battery to reset it (which is a pain with the Body Glove case). Anyone else having this problem? Any thoughts?

I've had it freeze, I could wake it up but touch screen and buttons were not working. Reset fixed.

Do a factory reset that's what I did and it works so damn good runs smooth.

I've had mine do this same thing on more than one occasion before I installed the GB update. What I started doing was to wake my phone up and go to the home screen BEFORE I unplugged it from the charger. Haven't had a problem since. I still do it this way even though I now have GB.

What items should I backup before I do a reset?

When I did mine I made sure everything I wanted to keep was on my sd card.
