Dust under screen

So I just bought a refurbished incredible online and I noticed some dust/white specs UNDER the screen. I can exchange but don't want to be without the phone for a week or two. Can I get it cleaned or do it myself or something? I've looked everywhere online and can't find a solution. I need a solution before Jan 24 or I can't exchange. PLEASE HELP!!!

Try a can of compressed air. Kind with the straw. Can find it everywhere. Blast all around the outsides of your screen. If it doesn't disappear, exchange it. My .02

My concern with using canned air is that it may make it worse. Has anyone tried this successfully?

I don't really see ho it could make it worse unless there is more dust under there or something but if it did I guess it would be more of a reason to exchange it, no?

If it were me and I had even one discrepancy with a refurb, id exchange it immediately.
