Not sure where to put this, so move if need be :D

I upgraded to froyo last week, and started running bugless v 0.1 with Chevy's ULV kernel. Now every single song in my music library is duplicated. I cannot delete the duplicate, or it deletes the music file off my sdcard. I have even gone so far as to remove all 13+gb of music off the sdcard and readd it, music is still duplicated (I did make sure after I removed it that it showed nothing in my music library at all).

Its not taking up double the space of course, its just showing two of everything. Does any one know of a way to fix this? I'm not sure exactly when this started, I don't know for sure if it was right after installing Froyo or if it was after I started running bugless. Anyway, am I the only one experiencing this?

    Thanks

    I had the same problem
It was also starting to play music randomly with the music player, even when i returned to my 2.1 rom(however. The duplicates dissapeared). I used the script 'switchmusic', which restores the milestone music player. Stopped playing randomly. I use mixzing now. It's a bummer though

I had this same issue, while I never figured out exactly what caused it I can tell you my fix for it..

I couldn't ever figure out where the duplicate files were because when I checked my sd card and the music file they weren't there. So I copied my music file from my sd card to my desktop of my PC and deleting the music that was on the sd. Once I checked that there were no more music files on the sd, i copied the music folder from my PC back to my sd card and it was fixed. Like I said I'm not sure what the heck happened but I just cleared everything out and brought the folder back after. Hope that helps.

This only worked temporarily. After reboot, duplicates returned.
