I'm rooted ebo1 SC 2.9.2. My SD card is becoming cluttered with dumpstate files. What are these andcan I delete them?

SD MAID in the market place takes care of these for you by searching for stray files that aren't used. great app and highly reccomend as well.

I think they're all force close logs and it would be okay to delete them.
