Not long ago, infact just a month or so ago, we saw a CM10 JB build for the OG Droid. That was exciting news. Well here is some exciting news for you DroidX2 users! Your phone now has a working build of Jelly Bean! Motorola may never provide Ice Cream Sandwich to your device, but Jelly Bean is no hard task for DroidX2 developers! Developer "Dragonzkiller" has released his alpha build of CM10 for DX2 over on XDA.

This is Alpha but just about everything seems to be working just fine. Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, Calling, GPS, GoogleNow, AudioSystem, Maps, and even the camera are all working! Some customizations included in this build are popup text message notifications, lockscreen notifications, status bar customizations, homescreen /drawer customizations, themes, profiles, hard button key remapping, quiet hours, and all jelly bean features.

There are a few known issues. Recovery is working and you can restore nandroids but you won't be able to flash Roms, Stability is less of an issue than in CM9 but this is still not Rock Solid Stable, some ICS/JB apps may crash, The camera works other than the camdorder.
