DROIDX redials recent calls without being requested

My DROIDX makes calls to numbers on my Recent Calls list on its own initiative, when I'm not even touching the phone
Did that to a text message too. How can I stop this from happening? It's bothering my contacts, and aggravating & embarrassing me.
