Droids geting a little to hot

    i over clocked with bekit 1000 kennel and i had it running with UD new era and i have it set to go off at 111 degress and it keeps hiting it every 5 mins what should i do help plz D:

    i'd change kernels!! all droids act different with each kernel. i'm using bekit LV1200 and mine's nice and cool but some droids get really hot with that kernel. just try a few (and give them time).

    What voltage are you using? I use the low voltage Bekit (not with the UD ROM though) and it is just fine. You might want to register and use the UD website and they might have more info which is the best to run with that ROM too.

    111 isn't that hot, I think the instructions for over-clocking a droid recommend a temp limit of 60 Celsius which is 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

    In computer terms 111 is warm, not hot.

    Thanks i guess I'm just paranoid because i Don`t wanna fry my droid but if 140 is average then im way off XD

    No, 140 isn't average, it is the maximum that SetCPU will tolerate before it down-clocks the kernel.

    Average temps for me are under 100.

    O_O oh well my highst is 113 and i flashed bb1 with 1000 bekit

    my highest is 120.7 with CM 5602/DarkEdge/P3droid 1000 lv kernel

    I'm really looking for a way to cool that thing down
