I'm finally going to switch and I'm kind of new to this as droidmod did everything for you. I have done some research and want to make sure I am doing this right. Run titanuim backup and save data. Download bb zip and rename it to update.zip and boot with sprecovery and install new rom and make sure I wipe data/cache...is that it??

    thanks in advance

after you back-up your apps with Titanium and boot into recovery, make a nandroid back-up before you wipe data/cache then wipe and install your update.zip

Make sure you place the update.zip on the root of your SD card and that there is only one
    ".zip" extension.
