I purchased my DROID 4 on 8/10 and I am seriously confused about this Ice Cream Sunday bit. I don't have the features it says I should, I can't take screenshots, etc. I don't know squat about phones so can someone please enlighten me?

press the volume down and "power" button at the same time. It should take a picture.

Your phone may have shipped with Gingerbread on it (version 2.3.6). Check to see what version is installed. If you are on ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) you would be on version 4.0.4. If you are not on 4.0.4, check for system updates by using the menus (Settings, About phone, system updates), it should find the ICS update, download and install it.
